Naomi Osaka x Levi’s
This 4 piece collection was designed in collaboration with tennis star, Naomi Osaka. Creative upcycling of excess stock and vintage icons drove the design process. Featuring a kimono jacket and obi cut from Big & Tall 501’s and a corset top adapted from a trucker jacket. Vintage 501 cut offs were hand embellished with crystal chain. I developed the first samples for the obi belt, cut offs and lace up shorts, sourced sundries and oversaw the 500 piece production at our LA factory.
Paperboy x Beams x Levi’s
This collaboration was created for Paris Fashion Week, 2023. Each Frankensteined vintage garment was painstakingly matched up by my team to ensure a proper match in specs and the desired offset tone. I helped sort the vintage stock and develop the production samples for this 200 unit run that was sold at the Paris pop-up shop during Fashion Week.
New Balance x Levi’s
This two part collaboration featured a “Mix-up” trucker jacket and 501 and a vintage denim/suede shoe. I developed the garment samples and streamlined the matching process for production, matched up the jacket and jean sets and selected the vintage scrap that would be utilized in the shoe.
Danielle Guizio x Levi’s
This 5 piece collection designed in collaboration with Guizio utilized vintage icons, upcycled pieces from excess stock and elaborate embellishments. I supported design and fit sessions, created some of the first samples and sourced vintage pieces and sundries for production.
XKarla x Levi’s
LA Stylist, Karla Welch, designed this 7 piece collection in celebration of Levi’s 501 Day in 2018. I helped develop first samples of some styles, sourced production materials, monitored and QC’d the small run production.
Denim Tears x Levi’s
I oversaw production and sourced the vintage garments used for this highly specialized run of upcycled jacket and jean sets. Each piece was screen printed directly onto the vintage garment and required a challenging technique and individual quality control checks which I conducted myself to ensure premium standards were met.
